Holiday Haze

I have been sooo busy! I am really, really going to get my computer up and running on Thursday. I have too much to do tomorrow. I had to work Thanksgiving day and then on Friday, Brady, Oliver and I went to Jane Lew to meet the beautiful Zoe. She is sooo tiny. She didn't seem too sure of having me hold her. She kept putting her arms out for mommy. She is all about mommy and daddy. I will post pictures of the trip as soon as I get on my own computer. Saturday we went to Weirton to ride in the parade with Tom, Steph and the girls. Unfortunately I have no pictures to show. What was I thinking? I had the camera in my bag!!! We rode in Steph's dad's restored 1950 semi- truck (I hope I got that right). I took him 4 1/2 years to finish. It is really cool. He left out no details. We rode in it through the parade and then back to the Fuller's house for pizza and hanging with family. I wish I had some pictures to show off.
So much going on. I have started my shopping. My babies are the easiest to shop for. They come right out and make a list. Brady is chomping at the bit to get the tree up and decorate the house. That will be my goal first thing next week. I love her enthusiasm when we decorate. We play Christmas carols and she skips around and sings. She and I have a special trip we are trying to plan and are saving money to cover the costs. I'll share more about it at a later date.

In dire need of help!

Ok. I finally made the call to the computer company and the problem is my hard drive. They are sending me a new one.
ALL of my pictures are on there! Oliver's entire first year of his life. Brady's kindergarten pictures. A year in my life of pictures are gone. I am sick about it. Sick, sick, sick.
My only hope is that someone, anyone will be able to recover those before I get rid of the old hard drive and install the new one.
PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, if you know if anyone who can help please let me know. I can't believe I will never have pictures of Oliver as a baby.
I am just sick about this.

A party in the works!

We have been preparing all week for Oliver's 1st birthday party. I have ordered the balloons and the cake. We are having friends and family down on Sunday to watch the Steelers' game and sing to my baby boy. I am sure most people think it is overboard to have a party for a one year old. But Michael and I like to entertain and this is one spectacular baby boy! (oh yeah, and it is a pretty big game for the Steelers'. Down with the BROWNS)I think we are going to have a pretty big gathering so it should be lots of fun!
Oliver is so funny. He is still very busy. I could sit and watch him all day. He picks up the phone, pushes the buttons and then puts it on his shoulder like he is making a call. (do you think this means I talk on the phone too much?) And he will try to do a forward roll. At least I think that is what it is. He sees Brady cartwheel and tumble all the time and I think he is trying to do what she does. He puts his head on the floor and pushes his butt in the air and then kind of falls down. He is also very into music and even dances. If you play the baby genius videos he claps to the songs.
Brady brings her report card home today. I have no doubt that she will do well. I really don't care what her letter grades are as long as she is learning and trying her hardest. She is such a great kid. I think she has asked for everything under the sun for Christmas.
About that computer, still haven't even called. I am kind of enjoying not having the distraction. I am going to have call soon though. Brady can hardly stand not having access to the internet. Oliver got me up super early this morning so I had the chance for time on Michael's.
