Lazy days of summer

I haven't been into blogging much so I am sure that over the summer this blog will either have very sparse posts or will die from neglect.
We have been fairly busy around here. Brady is in her third week of camp already! She has gone to nature camp, soccer camp and this week she is at gymnastics camp. I have only gotten to talk to her once and from the other reports I have gotten, she is having a blast! I have feeling that next year she is going to be begging to do the overnight camp and stay in the dorm. (keep that in mind Tom and Steph in case you want to send Jenna) This year she is just staying with her Gramma Shirl and commuting every day. I will go down on Thursday morning to watch her do her rotations and see the award ceremony. Her aunt tells me that her favorite rotation so far are the uneven bars. From what I hear, daddy bought her a new WV leotard that she can't wait to show me. I will try my hardest to remember my camera and capture all the action.

Oliver has just been our silly baby boy. He will answer most questions with the cutest, breathy, "yeah." I am going to try to get him on video. He is very into playing outside and when we go to the pool, he has no fear. None. Zip. Zero. He will walk right off the edge and into the pool. So I have no recent pictures at the pools since I can't turn my back on him for a second. However, we did have an afternoon in the back yard in the baby pool. I let them play in it and then they both got their bath in the back yard. (Brady used to love this!)

I have a very cute video of Oliver in the back yard:

MIA

yes, I know. I have been missing in action. The school year has finally ended along with soccer and brownies. However the weather last week was phenomenal. I spent pretty much all of Sunday and Monday doing something outside. We went to Dylan's baseball game on Sunday. ( he did a pretty good job and I am really proud of him)and then to Wheeling Park for a graduation party. I took Oliver to the Good Zoo on Monday. We met up with Tiffany and Sawyer. It was so nice just to have a day with mommy and Oliver. We rode the train and fed the Lorakeets.
Swimming season has officially begun. We went to the pool with the slide yesterday. (If I put exactly which pool it was, every time someone googles the name my blog will come up.) I am not too crazy about this pool because of the teenagers and the people who feel it is appropriate to smoke around the pool. This is soooo bothersome. Take it outside folks! Oh and there is always a mommy click hanging in the shallow end. They appear to be very snooty and judgemental. (this is my first impression) They actually had their hair styled and had makeup on. This is the pool!
No thanks. I'd rather look like a drowned rat and have fun on the slide with my kids.
Here are a few pictures from the wedding Michael and I went to a couple of weeks ago:
